• Meloxicam

  Meloxicam is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent used to relieve pain and inflammation. Your veterinarian may prescribe meloxicam to reduce pain in arthritis.

  Methoprene is classified as an insect growth regulator. It does not kill adult fleas. Your veterinarian has prescribed this medication for the control of the fleas.

• Microchipping

• Milbemycin

  Milbemycin is used for control of internal parasites. Your veterinarian has prescribed this medication for the prevention of heartworm infection.

  Mitotane is used for treating Cushing's syndrome. Mitotane reduces the amount of cortisone like hormones produced by the adrenal cortex.

• Mitratapide

  Mitratapide is used to help reduce weight in dogs. Your veterinarian may prescribe mitratapide if your pet is obese or overweight.

• Moving House

  Cats are very territorial animals and they may have problems accepting a new house as their home. If the old house is nearby cats may return to their old haunts and try to take up residence with the new people living there.
